This is a great beach front hotel in Rehoboth with a more quaint atmosphere and more reasonable prices than those on the boardwalk. It is within moderate walking distance of main drag and boardwalk, and provides breakfast and beach chairs for its patrons. They close for the off season, but it is one of our favorites when we are looking for a quiet couples or family get away.

Very nice, clean room! Small bathroom, but spotless. Great staff! The breakfast is very good (except for the coffee), and the evening snacks are a nice touch. You will not find a better location, you literally are on the beach and Dewey is beautiful, clean and peaceful  :-) 
One thing to be aware of: no in-room coffee maker, and what really makes it a negative is the coffee at breakfast is very bad!

We have stayed here two years in a row and will be back for sure. Very clean, and the friendliest staff I have ever experienced- from the front desk receptionists to the cleaning staff. The pool is a great alternative to the beach when you'd like a little shade, and if you'd prefer the beach the hotel provides you with free beach chairs. Breakfast is available every morning with bagels, cereals, fruit, yogurts, and pop tarts or cinnamon buns for the kids. In the afternoon they have cheese and wine set up and then a cookie platter in the evening. It is these small touches that set this hotel a bar above the rest of the beach front hotels in Dewey.

Great beachfront location and very friendly staff! The rooms were immaculate. Beach chairs are provided yet the pool is great too! Lovely spread for breakfast, 5pm wine and cheese and homemade cookies at 8. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything you would want from a Beach Front Hotel.  Spotless, Oceanfront, Pool, Complimentary Beach Chairs, Great Continental Breakfast, Off Street Parking, and a helpful and friendly staff.
Very impressed...
