I made an online appointment to get my oil changed and headed in with my family. Upon arrival my wife was ignored and was clearly the only person not being helped, then another man walked in and the staff asked how they could help him. We were helped (for lack of a better term) after him. We were told that they were fully booked that day (only 1 bay was occupied) and that me booking it online doesn't mean anything because their systems don't mesh. There was some back and forth and Joseph, a different employee, felt the need to continually interrupt our conversation, and was not letting my wife finish her sentence to the point where I had to tell Joseph he needs to stay out of our conversation. SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. You'd think a company struggling as bad as Sears is would hire some people with customer service skills, or even manners. This was the first and last time I will ever try the Sears Auto Center anywhere. Happy holidays to you unprofessional incompetent pitiful excuses for employees.

I'm really disappointed with the Mattresses and shipping department, I spend Quaid of time looking for a good mattress ,I found it at Sears ,went over there, Bought it ,they told me it would be in the store in two days, I went 2 days later they told me the Item has not arrived to the store yet, next day at noon I got a call from Sears to come and pick it up ,so I went again and there was no mattress ,the supervisor lady told me that it will be at the store till the 14 th,I began my purchase the 2nd !!why they did not say at the beginning that I have to wait till so or so day ,anyway I cancel the order and they supposed to return my money to my debit card and I have not resaved nothing "no money and no mattress"
