I've been to a couple of Sears stores as their appliances and tools are always high quality, and I really have enjoyed my experience with the Hermiston location. The store is conveniently located, well stocked and laid out, and the employees are all very knowledgeable and friendly.

I got a refrigerator delivered yesterday and woke up and it was not working properly. Elena worked tirelessly to get me a new unit that works properly. Thank you all for being there to support your customers. Will definitely buy more appliances from them

ordered a tool box, my order was not ready on the day i was told i could pick it up. some how it didnt make it on the truck "life" no body ever called me back to let me know where my order was at. next day finally i got my answer. Wait for next shipment another week, and told it could be 2 weeks out possibility. Called homeland center for support. after a half hour i was told i couldnt get a refund for another 3-5 days. ( hoped i could go out of town and get one) The staff was nice. BAD at calling me back. if it means getting an item shipped. dont do it!!! a total of a month before my item gets to their store. Are you kidding me? and the homeland center didn't give a damn. I will never shop at sears again.
