I have been calling for three hours and nobody answers the phone. So I drive all the way down there to see if they have an item which I could have found out on the phone in ten seconds only to find that they did not have the item. Wasted time wasted gas. Thanks Sears

I purchased a Craftsman lawn mower  from this Sears location. The lawn mower stopped working before the 2 year warranty expired. I went to the store location and they advised me to call customer service. I called customer service and they referred me to a 3rd party repairman. My lawn mower has been at the 3rd party repairman for almost 3 months! They have finished the mower but they claim  that Sears has deemed the lawn mower out of warranty. Imagine a busy person such as yourself dropping off your mower while under the the 2 year warranty. Now imagine that the 3rd party repairman entered the claim 1 day later so it was deemed out of warranty. I have attempted to reach out to the Store Manager but the cashier's act as gate keepers and are quick to refer you to another department.  The   name Craftsman used to mean quality. As a long time customer I feel as if the situation should have been resolved within 2 weeks maximum. Now after multiple  calls to the store, customer service  3rd party retailer, direct messages on Twitter and no resolution. I find myself tired and don't feel as if Sears Cares.

WARNING THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER! I bought a washer from Sears on August 13th and installed it yesterday after the remodel of our addition was finished and it doesn't work. I called Sears and they said there is nothing that they can do about it because it's been over 30 days.  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE THEY SELL APPLIANCES THAT DON'T WORK AND WILL NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK. Going to go to the Attorney Generals office and filing a complaint and also with the Consumer Protection Agency. Do not waste your money at this store they should be shut down for selling defective appliances.
They were so rude and could of cared less that it didn't work unwilling to let me return it. SERIOUSLY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE THEY ARE RIP OFFS

I've never tried to call a retail store in my life, during business hours, and there's not someone to answer. I also purchased an expensive mattress and attempted four separate times to have it delivered. The call center is halfway across the world and they have no direct channel of  communication with the delivery department. You call the headquarters to speak with the individual responsible for customer experience, and they don't answer the phone. Sears Holdings appears to be on its way to bankruptcy given the poor customer service.  But hay, maybe that's the plan that Executive Management is striving for.
