I went to the outlet store in Anthem AZ.  They did not have anything I wanted so I went on line and ordered what I wanted.  This is the second time I have done this.  The first time my order was cancelled, Well, this time also it was cancelled.  I would not go on line but I order here and have it shipped to my daughter in AL.  I called the customer service line to find out why my order was cancelled and I am still holding and it has been 20 minutes and I am still holding.  The store does not know the meaning of customer service.  Never Never order from this company.  I keep getting the message that they are experience a little longer wait time because they are taking a little extra time to make sure their customer have the best customer experience.  HA!!!

I went there twice this week and the same lady was there , she looks bored and  annoyed , when u ask a question , she doesn't make eye contact and the answer is one word .
She kind threw the money  in my hand in a rude way .

Terrible return policy.  My 8 year old son received turquoise shorts & turquoise plaid shirt for his birthday from a relative in NYC.  No receipts sent with the gift.  We're in Phx.  And no, I won't call my in laws tell them we don't like turquoise so send the receipt.  And Children's Place refuses to let me exchange them for something different!  Only exchange for exact same item in a different size.  And if they don't have the same item~too bad~ no exchange at all!  Unbelievable. All the money I've spent there, over the years, never again!  Will never go back.  And will be telling everyone I know as well.  Stay out of Children's Place they don't know the meaning of customer service.
