I visited this location to sell some items I don't wear anymore and was very happy with the service I received! Tiffany and Tanya were super helpful at the check-in and checkout process. My buy was fairly evaluated and handled super quickly. I had time to browse their selection and saw a lot of quality items in a wide variety of sizes and styles. Will definitely be back to shop and sell in the future!

My experience here was very unpleasant. I went into the store with a large bin and a large bag FULL of clothes. Most of them were expensive name brand clothing. They girl who helped us gave us a list of all the name brands they wanted. The clothes we had were all from the name brands that were on the list and she completly overlooked it. She said she didn't want anything we had even though they were all nice and namebrand. Overall, I don't recommend this place to anyone. I won't be selling anything else here and I advise you to do the same.

Where do they get their clothes buyers? They have a girl there with long blonde hair who is nuts. She does not buy anything. They literally have nothing on their shelves. I took in a brand new pair of Nike's my daughter got for her birthday and other items from Hollister, Miss Me and Banana Republic with tags still on them she said they were old. I am done taking my items to this place and take them to Uptown Cheapskate on Shea and the 101. This place sucks and need better employees and employees that are more professional and know fashion. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER AND HIRE PEOPLE THAT KNOW HOW TO BUY. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE IT SUCKS.

I love this Platos closet location!! Every time I've been in, I've found amazing items and the staff is always friendly. I went in today during the grab bag sale and got $300 worth of clothes for $30, and even with the store being packed and hot the staff was still kind and helped me out and I had an amazing talk with the girl who checked me out. This location is definitely my favorite, they have cuter clothes and their music is amazing, unlike other Platos locations. Would 100% recommend to any and all of my friends.
