Great lease program.  Not happy with repair times however.

We went through a lease program. The lease program was for 5 mouths. We paid all payments for the lease. When you call to return it the lease program says there is a recovery process 30 days. You have to keep paying for it till they recover the merchandise.  This was not told to us at time we leased it. Sears needs to put a stop to there lease program from doing this to a customer.  This is really upsetting that I completed the lease now being forced to keep paying it till the lease people decide to come.  get it.very upsetting. Will never go through lease again. P.S. I called sears to get some help from them, They didn't want to assist me in this matter they said there was to be a finale payment witch was never mentioned at the time they was selling me this item. Lol go figure.  I told them there has been 4 more payments not just a finale lol they refused to help on this matter. Please don't believe sears on there lease program.
