The three employees were super helpful and friendly. I came by to exchange my elite controller after the right bumper basically fell off the thing after only a few months. I called Xbox and they essentially said I’d have to pay to have it fixed or buy a new one which is absurd that a 150$ controller just falls apart in a few months. I figured I would try the kiosk here since I live close by. I was told it was a defect in certain batches of the elites and they swapped it out with no problems.

Staff is helpful and nice. However, some of the staff clearly lack the technical knowledge to troubleshoot the Surfaces. They do try their best though, and I'll still come back for them if I need any help while my Surface is covered under their warranty.

My nearly 1 year old Surface Pro 4's battery decided it didn't want to charge any longer. I called Microsoft and they said the closest store to exchange it was 2 hours away at Ross Park Mall. When I got to the store I had forgotten my reference number. They said not a problem. They pulled up my account and got everything taken care of asap. The young man asked if I needed anything backed up and moved to the new one. He even asked if I wanted to try and save my skin I had on it. All 3 associates were nice, polite, and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend and definitely worth the 2 hour drive.

Came here with problems with my touch screen on my surface pro. It was late, but Jacob and Dan were super helpful and patient. I'm leaving with a brand new screen thanks to these guys! Great customer service! I am leaving super happy! Who needs a store when you have have these dudes in their kiosk!

Came in today after having issues with my second Microsoft Surface.  I fully expected to just get my money back and purchase a Mac.  I spoke with Marie, and she was able to provide a very reasonable resolution.  Thanks to her, I will continue using Microsoft products.
