To say terrible would be an understatement. Where do I even begin? Got excited to see all the sales only to get up to the register and have half the stuff I picked out not ring up on sale & then not have them honor the sale price? CHECK YOUR SALES RACKS ESPECIALLY if you're not going to honor it. And to top it all off, maybe you should teach your employees some customer service skills because this gal was completely dull. Pretty sure then only thing she said was 'phone number?' & 'uh I'll go check' & you could barely even hear her because she must mumbled under her breath when she said it. I was with my mom at the time of check out and she tried to ask if she had any shop your way points (she had already slid her card at this point) she told her that it had to be done before slidding her card. Um well then, why didn't you say something before. Awful awful awful.

Very rude. Bad attitude. Bad customer Service. When you do retail your suppose to be lovely to the guest and help them as much as you can. Only because you had a bad day doesn't mean you have to show your customers. Show some respect please.

Had alot of good buys. BUT ONLY 1 CASHIER ON 1ST FLOOR. They had 2 cashiers At jewelry counter. I love their merchandise. Wish they would wake up on the help. Long line at only cashier.

Great selection and sales prices today. A few Made in USA clothing. Mostly, from China, India, Vietnam Nam. Though many item tags were made from recycled bottles. That is a big plus.
