One of the only electronics stores still in business. Only complaint is the parking lot. There is no signs that it's there until you almost pass it. Forcing you in to the bus barn or Home Depot. Other than that great prices, clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

One of the most updated store with the latest gadgets and technology. One can also find good deals even lower than online shopping by considering the open box items which Best Buy offers. These are perfectly new items but just because they are not sealed, the store sells them for a good discount. Also proximity and accessibility to the store makes it convenient for us.

Robert, Travis, and Landry... these are the names of the gentlemen that helped out my wife and I tonight with exceptional customer service. We, both felt that we were listened to and treated with respect. Very polite, patient, and understanding of our needs. All three deserve a raise. Would highly recommend this location. Good job Best Buy of Bellevue!

Visited the store on a day before Thanksgiving. It has a lot of offers and good price when compared with other retail stores. Customer service is good and the store is fully stocked. It was easy to find what I was looking for and the checkout experience was smooth as well. Overall you guys are doing great job. Keep it up :)

After doing my research went to Best Buy to get 65" Vizio. At the store noticed that TV legs are about 55" apart and are to wide for my stand. The 3 sales people I was talking with just said "well, it won't work for you" and looked uninterested to even think for a solution. Went home, did some reading, and there are plenty of universal TV legs products out there. Some sold at Best Buy. Bought the TV I wanted and those universal legs ($15) online. Probably will be a long while before I go to Best Buy again.
