*****BEWARE!!!!! *****I wish I could give 0 for this store. I live out of state I had to call for my parents where they live. My parents were completely taken advantage of and were lied to by the STORE MANAGER.  I was able to call and place a complaint and Sprint was amazing in that matter. Please beware and speak out to customer service whenever this happens. They listen and took care of this matter. Go to another store not this one!!!!

WENT TO VERIZON AFTER 10 YEARS WITH SPRINT..I HAD A PHONE THAT WAS SUPOSED TO BE INSURED AND THEY WOULDNT REPLACE AFTER I PAID 2 YEARS FOR IT..WITH 2 MONTHS LEFT TO PAY. I WENT TO VERIZON AND THERE NETWORK IS THE BEST OUT OF EVERYONE. MY BILL IS LOWER THEN SPRINT AND I NEVER HAVE DISRUPTED SERVICE..EVER..

After a very bad experience at a different Sprint store I was reluctant to go back to another, but this branch pleasantly surprised me! I went in with multiple questions about my plan and upgrading and spoke to Dennis. Let me just say that Dennis is the man!! He answered all of my questions honestly, helped me fully understand my options and the costs associated with each, and was super friendly and polite the entire time. He made me feel like a valued customer and I walked out the store confident with my new phone and plan options. Thanks Dennis!

Had a great experience here with Dennis. He was so nice and helpful. Came in to add a line to my plan and get another phone added, was quick, informational, patient, and had us laughing the whole time. Definitely will be back for his business.
