Good merchandise selection, lots of bargains, and lots of specials. The personnel I'd very friendly and helpful. Running short of certain sizes that may be due to seasonal adjustment.

I've been buying my appliances from Sears for several decades now. I love to purchase everything at one place. A lot of people aren't aware that Sears does price matching. So there's another way to save money.

They also give you "store points", based on the dollar amount you just spent, to use on ANYTHING in the store (or online). Another great bonus!

I just made another purchase. My salesman, Jay, was so helpful. Very knowledgeable even though he hasn't been there very long. I got a great deal and can't wait to get my washer and dryer.

There are a lot of nice looking clothes here, but most are fast fashion, and look like they were made in sweat shops. There's no way someone was paid a fair wage if I'm paying $8 for a pair of leggings. Cheap prices, but not a good place to buy if you want to support a fair working wage for the clothing you buy.

It's been a while since I set foot in a sears store, today I was looking for parts for an older craftsman snowblower. Once a mighty leader in tools and garden equipment, sears has given up on being competitive. A quick look around the store shows they carry many different brands. Likewise you can buy craftsman equipment and tools at various hardware and department stores. The craftsman brands I looked at are now manufactured in Mexico or China. A little lower in price and lower quality. So I finally catch a person working the floor to inquire about the parts I need - no parts in stock. Great, a wasted trip. Another visit to this store would be unlikely for me.

We had to buy all the major appliances for our new home...Jay was very knowledgeable. ..super nice and very patient with me as I had a hard time deciding on which washer and dryer I wanted! Thanks again Jay...you made this a good experience!
