What a great experience. Haven't been to Sears for about a year. Bought a new refrigerator. Found it online first then went to the store. Saw some of the cutest women's clothing. Surprised and pleased. Nice clothes for men as well. Reasonably priced. Will go there again sooner!

Be careful purchasing appliances from Sears and purchasing so called world class warranty plans. The warranty department does not stick to any timelines and is not cooperative. Very disappointing!

Mostly I feel terrible for the employees. They can't possibly give good service using 90s tech. Approaching the door looks like a scene from an 80s movie. The background music is an audio acid trip. Where did they find this stuff. Must be a form of torture to hear for 8 hours. This location is typically organized and stocked. The clerks are pleasant and usually bargains to be found on basics or if style or fashion mean zero to you. Somewhere Roebuck is waiting for his friend to just realize it's over.

While they have decent sales and prices on some things, the customer service is sorely lacking. We park out by their entrance often. Twice now as we've been headed out to our car to leave we've had some rude experiences with employees. Tonight, at 8:59 we were at the exit and I stopped to admire a pair of sandals on a display right next to the exit. More of a passing by sort of thing. I picked up the sandal and an older woman employee says "can I help you?" And I respond "no thank you, just looking" As I set the sandal down and she looks at her watch and goes "ok, we'll we're closed soooooo......." and stares at me insinuating we need to get out. Her tone was impatient and rude. We were literally 10 feet to the door just exiting and I tell her "that's fine, but we're parked out here so I was just looking for a quick sec." She continues to stare at me and we turn heel and leave. When I worked retail I certainly understand how annoying it was to have people in the store 10 mins after closing. This rude employee immediately turned snotty at 9 on the dot. I'm not one to walk into a restaurant right before close or go shopping somewhere right before close. I think they need to train employees on the proper (polite) way to announce to customers they're closing.
