worst experience ever. I went to this store because of location on a Saturday during business hours (6pm) to find that they were closed. Clearly they post that they are open on SAT until 7pm. Not this place. The manager at the time of arrival told me that the online time is wrong and that they close on SAT at 6pm. ( NOT SO) He even said that I was wrong even though its posted online for 7pm. I think Ill take my business somewhere else.

I went in to switch over from Verizon. I wanted to do the promotion that involves them paying off my phone. I was informed by Zak that I needed to wait until I have had my current phone for 2 months. He was very helpful and he did a nice job. Another employee heard him telling me to come back in July so she tried to see if there was anything they could do today. She tried to talk me into switching now and then getting a new phone and paying monthly with them. That is not the same as them paying off my current phone and then me not having to pay monthly. She either didn't understand this or she tried to trick me. Either way it was pretty clear to me that she just cared about getting me to switch not what was best for me. I did not get her name but she was a manager I believe.

Would give a lower score but 1 is as low as it will allow me. Employees are nice enough. They have the ability to see your signal potential on their computer but will still sell you a plan knowing you will have no service. Had problems with 2nd phone line, had to make several trips back to the store, still did not work, they finally said i needed to go to Apple store (another 1.5 hours out of my time). Looked at their website to go cancel my service 11 days after activating, but i got to their store at 11am per their website and found out they were closed.. don't open til noon. Was leaving for vacation at noon, could not wait.. now they say it is past the 14 day return and they do not want to help me. Bad service, bad signal.... i do not recommend this store, these employees , or T-Mobile. very very disappointed.

The store manager Natalia is beyond rude , and biased no customer service skills we have had the worst experience. If I could give the zero I would. They don't know what they are doing. Don't waste your time with this store

Zak customer service was outstanding! We have gone to another location and haven't not been helped until we came to see Zak! Thanks a lot!
