Cool staff, decent selection, fairly nice and neat; but it seems like every time I go there's always some little moron trying to hold up the line so they can try to argue a few bucks out of selling their game or system that's usually poorly taken care of. Seriously... just go away. The employees are just trying to do their jobs and customers just want to get their stuff and go.

The staff is super helpful and friendly. They have a great selection and as low as prices get. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here.

Awesome experience the cashier was very knowledgeable,helping and very kind... He was also very passionate at what he does!! I will definitely be coming back there just for the customer service👌👌

They wouldn’t even except 2 games I was trying to sell, which were barely a year old. They offered 3 cents, THREE CENTS ($0.03) for one of them which I know will sell for at least $25. Pathetic excuse for a business, scamming people with ridiculously low trade ins and overpriced used games. Go to eBay, amazon, or the Microsoft online store and save yourself the hassle and money. How do they even stay in business?
