I took my watch in to get it fixed and at the time I was quoted $30 and I paid then. My grandmother recently passed and it was hers. Two weeks later I tried calling to see if it was ready and I couldn't get through. Then I went to pick it up and they were closed and then I went back and I was told it was $60 and it would be two more weeks. I paid again and four weeks later I got a call that it was ready to be picked up. It has been 2 months and my watch is broken again in the same place. I'm disappointed.

You just cannot pay and go. Check out is a painful process. One cashier and a line of people and the cashier keeps giving the customers ahead of me options to sign up to. Then email. Phone number. Rewards card and on and on...then when she's done the printer printed out a bunch of receipts! No one has this kind of time to waste. Endless process.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. The line is ridiculous. I’ve been literally waiting 20 minutes to check out one item and the cashier is very slow. They only have one cashier. Never coming back here.

Honestly dislike coming to this Sears, I asked for help and they "acted" like they were busy but really was just walking around. I also needed a cart to put my son in to shop but an "employee(s)" said there was non and told me to look around somewhere. Exactly why I perfer going to Sears in Allen Park

The place was so good and organized , but the checkout takes so long .
