I wish I knew about this place sooner!! My wife and I purchased a refrigerator from these guys last week. Worked with Luke and Tammy. What great people. Not sharky, very helpful and knowledgeable. The fridge was perfect. Some scuffs on the side but can't see it in my house anyways!! Got such a good deal. Pretty insane how cheap it was. Going back for everything appliances!

What a complete mess. Paid extra for a stove kit and delivery. Sales person assured me the delivery would be able to install oven and haul away. They did neither. First they put a 24 ' scratch in hardwood floor when they grabbed the old stove and pulled it out. Have they never moved a stove before. Then they said they had no tools to connect the oven. Went and got them the tools then they said they cannot connect the oven because it's propane. I signed for stove and they took the old one away for me...to the garage. I found out after they left. Never again. Called to complain and they said a delivery person would be back in a couple days to get the stove.

My grandmother (who I live with) purchased a fridge from this place, which they delivered and installed. Unfortunately, the fridge wasn't installed properly, causing the ice machine & water to not work. I've called this place several over two days, only to be told the manager would call back, and hadn't. I called the fridge brand who called the store on my behalf and gave me a manager's name. After 5 days, they had the delivery guy call me and tell me he would come Saturday to look at the installation. He never called and never showed up. This is poor service on Sear's part. I'm very disappointed and annoyed at them dodging us.

Friendly staff when we have been there, fridge shopping and browsed this selection. Good deals if willing to purchase "scratch and dent" or returned items.
