Received the best customer service I have ever had at this Sprint Store.  Jay and Maurice helped me get new phones. Their product knowledge and professionalism were excellent.  They demonstrated the products to me and made me feel like the most important customer.   I will never go to any other sprint store.

Corporate location ran by 20 & 30 year olds. They do a great job for me every time I go in. I think it is great working with these guys....the young people are so much sharper and know so much more about all of this new technology. The more they know about these phones and tablets...the less I have to know. It frees up my time and energy to focus on what I do best....make money.

Terrible customer service! After waiting at least a half an hour we were greeted by a young lady. We told her we were there to get some help figuring put how to upload our last Verizon bill per the switching agreement. She said that she was new and didn't know how to do that. But she went over to her computer and a few minutes later came back and said she couldn't do it. She asked us where we bought our phones. We told her we had gotten them at Best Buy moble. Her response was, "you bought you phone somewhere else and you want us to help you?" We were pretty surprised by this response. We said that we came to this location because it was a corporate store and asked to speech to a manager to clarify, a) why they couldn't help us and b) to indicate to them that this lady was very rude. She left and went to her computer to and did something else and came and again said, "nope I can't do it." We asked if she could get us that manager we asked for. She said fine and went to the back. When she returned she informed is that the manager was too busy doing other "projects" but we were welcome to sit and wait. Total joke! They do not care about their customers at all.

I have had a bad experience from them time and time again. I finally realized I was crazy to go back and decided to go to the Okemos store closer to my home. There was no wait and they were very helpful. Elise and everyone there were very helpful with my billing issue and made sure I was taken care of.

Mark M at this sprint store is AWESOME. He did a great job getting me a new phone and a tablet. He is efficient, has great customer service skills and has an amazing personality. They are very lucky to have him working for their company. I also spoke with Kim who fixes the phones at this location and she was very sweet and helpful as well! I will be back to work with Mark and will also recommend him for anyone who is in need of a rep for Sprint! Thank you for being so Awesome.
