I dropped a prescription off 9 hours ago before going into work. I've now been sitting in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes waiting on it to be filled when I was assured it would be ready when I was out of work tonight. They didn't even have it in the system, I watched the lady at the window just pick it up off the end of the counter. How do you even have a prescription just laying around from 9 hours without anybody noticing?

If there were a method of providing a zero star I would do so. The pharmacist hung up on the doctors office (after 20 minutes of leaving them on hold) once their (Walgreen's) hours of operation were over. Not only did they make no effort to assist with an emergent situation and a prescription refill but they refused to do anything to assist. Even worse they didn't even know their own jobs and had to be directed by a nurse from an urgent care, to find a solution to the issue. In this case it was a life or death matter and they did not care.

Friendly staff.  Just don't go take your passport photos there.  My photos didn't look good,  low quality, plus they had cut around my photo and pasted it on a white background although they took the photo in front of a white screen!  I took another passport photo at meijer,  looked much better, better quality and half price.

I like all of the staff except the pharmacist. He has a strange personality, no sense of how to treat customers. I overlook this because of convenient location.
