I came here to purchase several appliances and the man who helped us was rude. I’ve worked customer service, so I don’t appreciate being treated rudely. I decided not to purchase anything from here for the simple fact that their customer service is bad. Maybe the other employees are good, but this man wasn’t. I would never purchase from here. I’d rather pay more and receive better customer service.

Ive never meet a group of people so nice and willing to have me walk out happy with my purchases. Randy , Tom ,Heather and the rest of the crew you guys are great thank for helping me furnish my new home.

My wife and I weren't planning to buy a fridge from an outlet store, but we stopped by as a just-in-case measure. We were pleasantly surprised by how many options they had that fit our bill and preferences. To boot, the staff was very nice and easy to work with. Tom kindly helped us understand the different brands and options, Cheryl was so easy to work with at checkout, Randy was generous in matching an online sears outlet price we found, and Heather helped us after delivery to have the cost of replacing the door handle credited to our card (after it got a ding during delivery). We will keep them in mind if we have future appliances or furniture to buy!

Employees here are awesome! Heather is the best, and helped me out tremendously! This is the ONLY sears that I will EVER shop at EVER AGAIN

LOVE it! Good prices and even better people. I stop in every so often just to see what new things they got in, you never know what you might find.
