Worst customer service ever!!!! I only came here because my nearest T-Mobile store I usually go to didn't have the phone I wanted in stock The guy that attended me here was so rude! I bought an iPhone 7 plus full price! and was treated like a criminal he gave me so much attitude, and kept asking me if I had the money as if I was about to steal the phone!! However, The worst part was when I got home And found out my phone wasn't working!! I took it to my nearest T-Mobile store and they told me the guy didn't activate the phone and didn't even know how! he had to call him up and explain to him how to do his damn job step by step! BEWARE!

Try other tmobile store this have no real phones on display so you can choose what you want plus customer service always suck in here I'm a 9 year tmobile customer and this one it really sucks

Do not got here. This is not an official T-mobile store and they will over charge you for things that a normal T-mobile store will give you for free. This is like a franchise which sneaks in extra costs without letting you know.
