This place is horrible.  Waiting  for over 40 min to be helped. Only one person working  I had to walk out. Keep in mind i was the only one waiting .

I was going to get an iPhone 7 , no problem everything was fine until another associate took over the transaction, I got the impression he was probably the assistant manger or something because of his differently colored shirt. Anyways this guy tried to sucker me into getting service that's a monthly 10-15 dollars more expensive then it should have been and apart from that tried to get me to pay for tablet service I didn't want. I pulled up my current phone and showed him the price I had online and his excuse was that it was cheaper because when ordering online they have to ship it .... !? How does that even make sense, monthly shipping will cost me an extra 10-15 dollars more monthly for as long as I want service ? (2 ,3,4 years?). What a joke. 
I ended up ordering the phone online and guess what the sales tax was half the price they wanted. 

Overall if you're going to come here looking for a new phone I'd say do your research first and then come so you don't believe their lies.

Went into to the store today to add a line to my plan and had a great customer experience! Luis was able to help me with my plan and was even able to provide me with a better serivce plan. Thanks Luis!
