It was a very busy Sunday, the wait was long, the food was less than exceptional, but like I said it was a very busy Sunday. It's just like any other cracker barrel, jam packed with goods for sale, should be less stuff and more space for dining. I'm giving a 3 because the service was not very good after a very long wait, and as patient as I was, it did not improve before the end of the visit.

Excellent Lemon Pepper Rainbow Trout. Cooked to perfection. Steamed Broccoli, Side Salad. It was perfect. The waitress was helpful. A couple of slip ups but, mostly it was all good.

Food has always generally been good, but just about any time I've ever been to this location for breakfast, the wait for a table has been atrocious. Anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, even at relatively off peak times. Their dining room is really too small for as much traffic as this location gets. I've been to others right at lunch/dinner times and even with a larger party you get seated almost immediately. They need either remodel their existing store and reduce the size of the general store (which they have so much stuff blocking aisles that you can't hardly get through when they finally call your name, I bring it up to whatever manager I see on duty each and every time and nothing is ever done about it) or find another location and build a bigger restaurant.

The wait time was long. That I didn't understand, there several empty tables. The waitress was very good. The wait for food was way to long. They also ran out of mashed potatoes. She asked if there was something else we would want. The potatoes got finished by the time the food came out. I wish they hadn't, not worth the wait. I got the fried chicken livers. They were to hard to eat. I was offered something else buy declined. The person I was with was just about finished eating. They did take the dinner off the ticket though.

Open tables and it still takes 45 minutes to get seated. Service was slow and horrible. Food prices on menus are not the real prices. And it seems no one cared. Get your cornbread whenever they feel like it. This place needs some serious management. Two stars is generous, because the food was decent.
