Nice place to visit. All sites are full hookup. Well maintained pool and the hot tub is really a hot tub (not bath temperature). Clubs house is also well maintained. Sites are spaced well enough apart for some privacy. All in all, one of the better thousand trails parks we’ve stayed out. It is quiet and peaceful here.

This is.is a wonderful place near the beach. Friendly and helpful ataff. Well kept grounds and a nice facility.

Sites are fairly large and widespread. Bathrooms are clean and nice, laundry room is huge with front loading machines. Has all the amenities you would expect at a Thousand Trails Resort, we will definitely come here again, Seaside is a fun place and surrounding communities have many interests. The reason it got a 4-star instead of a 5 is the entrance there is only one way in so that someone returning from a grocery run, for instance, cannot get around someone registering.

Seaside is a great park, only concern is 2 workers and speeding. Rhaelynn the manager is friendly, socialable, and if you have concerns, she's on it. She is so great. Richard, Senior Ranger is a great guy. He has a great sense of humor and does his job. We can't say enough how great they are. The park is near down town shops, walking distance to the theatre and some shops. Plenty to do downtown. The park gets deer, crane birds, ducks, geese & their babies, some elk, possibly other wildlife, tennis court, basketball hoops, pool tables, ping pong tables, good size family pool and hot tub. If people can respect things and not vandalize, they may get good quality recreational equipment. Some grumpy members, but not nearly as bad as long beach, Washington. This park is sometimes hard to get into, especially during spring into summer months, so make sure you make reservations ahead. It's an all around upkept friendly park. As long as you follows park rules, you'll hopefully enjoy your stay. This park has fire pit rentals, no built in ones. Bring your own bbq. If there's no pic nic tables at your site, ask for one, they'll bring you one, they're free to have. In some reviews I've read, if you dislike this park, then you haven't visited long beach, most people that complain are the grumpy who can't remain happy anywhere they stay. Their is a fine line to being grumpy, picky, but there's also a fine line to staying at a park that you can't trust and get harassed at or your stuff vandalized, unless you have experienced this, you can't say seaside is a bad park! At all TT Parks around the globe, I feel needs to up their recreational things, and not keep having the same things all the time, year after year, us members like to see good changes, and different recreational things that make us members have an enjoyable stay. You will always get a few bad apples from staff, and no perfect park, but they're are fine lines and rules to follow, if none can be met, your not going to have a great park or a great experience and great stay.
