I passed by just to solicit the service of a notary and was turned away for not being a "member." There is little incentive now for me to ever consider becoming one. 

I am a member of a credit union. I do not support big banks. I work for a local non-profit. I figured as an institution that claims to be not-for-profit and that calls itself a "co-op," providing a simple service like a signature on an insurance form to a member of the community would be simple. This sort of service should be a simple courtesy. I see no issue with encouraging someone to become a member but the interaction I had today was definitely unpleasant.

I listened to a teller have a conversation about her family for about 10 minutes before she even looked up to help me. Terrible service

The Northagte branch had defiantly slowed down from what it was. Waiting over 20 minutes to make a deposit at 10:20am a slower time of day. My debit card is still on the way going on 10 days now... Smhh
