Brought my 2 week old son in for a WIC appointment set for 12:15. Didn't get called back to a room til 2:10 and that's after complaining several times. If you're behind schedule maybe you should hire more nurses because people have stuff to do and a 2 hour wait time is beyond ridiculous.

I had a excellent experience with this facility. The wait is no longer than would be at a physicians office, possibly even less. Also would like to point out that for 5 bucks a visit, you should probably not be complaining about much, you will pay 65 for a Dr. office and wait just as long. They were competent with the system and scheduling wasn't a difficult task as some would like to say. We were there in July 2016. For a Health Department, it was top notch in my opinion!

I always have the best service here. Might take a little waiting sometimes. But come on, it's a free health care building.

HORRIBLE! They take forever and there's not even any people here! It takes months to get in and when you finally do be prepared to wait at least an hour!
