Big Gov. Little service.Rarely does anyone take ownership. Rather they simple refer you to publications, websites or someone else. You won't enjoy it there. Working at doing as little as possible.

Called to inquire what to do as my SS number was involved in a recent hack, being 62 I was worried someone would file under my name, a completely unhelpful individual, devoid of motivation, related there was no mechanism to flag my SS number, nothing they could (or would) do proactively........ amazing our new normal........

Wish we were allowed to give no stars. These people, if that's what you call them, have no regard for their own laws or the laws of mankind. They will eat you alive, spit you out, and stomp on you and laugh. I work with insurance and patients for a living. I almost worked for social security doing the very thing they do but turned the job down so I know exactly what their laws are plus some of them are stated on their pamphlets and letters they send you. But they don't just NOT abide by them, they corrupt them to the very core of humanity. They will make a person suicidal and laugh and spit in their face. And this doesn't just come from me. It comes from a lot of people I know too. They are pure evil and they should be shut down. And I have reported them to state and national officials they just have their hands full with the new administration right now. It makes me literally literally sick how stupid they are.

Ever seen Zootopia? Remember the DMV sloths? They work here too. Everyone seems friendly and professional, but were so incredibly slow.

So... We finally found our check stubs from 2 years ago after 3 months. We found them 3 weeks ago as of yesterday and they've been turned in since then as well. I've called repetitively this 3 weeks, and we even went up there once, and all they did was leave a note on our caseworkers desk. My 7 year old autistic son has went almost 4 months without medication, therapy, doctor checkups, etc. Why can't I get through to these people??? Why won't my son's caseworker not get back to us???
