Story

Who we are.
Established in 2009 with AltSmoke.com, AltSmoke is one of the oldest electronic cigarette stores in America. We started from humble beginnings and quickly grew into a company with one mission: To assist our community by providing an alternative to traditional tobacco products. We accomplish this through the training and education of our customers. Our goal is to provide an experience that is embodied by our philosophy of customer service excellence. The philosophy of customer service excellence is our way to describe the interactions we have with our customers. We utilize these interactions to improve ourselves and continue to grow as a company.

AltSmoke is an industry leader in Electronic Cigarette retail, inspiring our customers’ successful vaping journey as well as setting the bar for the environment in which vapers frequent. We accomplish this by always putting the needs of our customers first and striving to find the right products to fit our customers' needs. We are very proud to say that we changed the lives of our customers, whether it’s a first time visitor or a loyal supporter, they made a decision to use an alternative to traditional tobacco for themselves, their families, and their friends. We take pride in knowing we can help these individuals change their lives.
