The best bookstore in the DC Metro area, period. But this is not the place for you if you're looking for a cramped, claustrophobic shop with $2 paperbacks. No, here you will find a carefully curated selection of interesting, quality books. An excellent place for book lovers and book collectors.

I enjoy getting lost in this store. They have a nice collection of mostly used books spanning a large variety of categories. Unfortunately, they do not keep a catalog of them. So this makes quick trips into the store next to impossible. My suggestion is to visit when you have lots of time and are open to taking in all of the reading possibilities.

If you love used bookstores this is a great one. Huge selection of fiction and non. Also lithographs and CDs. Nicely organized, prices fair but on the high side.

Excellent selection with a cozy atmosphere. The manager was friendly and engaged. I can't wait to go back there when I have more time.

Many books to search through with good pricing. Staff are nice and spending time in a used bookstore is just like treasure hunting. Don't forget to check out the book carts outside.
