We have been with Valley View for over 30?years. We have always had excellent service in the past and no complaints. The fraud department is very much on the ball and we were notified a couple different times in the year about suspicious activity. Turns they knew before us that there was a problem. Turns out there were several transactions not by us and they reversed all of them without question & resolved problem immediately. Customer service has been Excellent. Will continue doing business with them.

I was with Valley View bank for over 30 years, and last year I had enough. They have gotten too big and their customer service has suffered a great deal. Donetta Holland is the rudest employee at the bank. She is a liar and tried to get me in a lot of trouble with my parents. Fortunately we caught her in her lie. We talked to the bank president and he defended her. Big mistake, as they lost all of our families business, as well as my company account.

Very helpful with our non-profit business accounts - both Cub Scout and Boy Scouts. They have zero fee account options (unless you have massive numbers of items being processed). They allow ACH payments (like Square Card Reader) so you can easily set up third party credit card acceptance systems. Their staff have always been helpful and courteous, explaining how the account and banking work to our non-financially trained volunteers. Unfortunately, the e-statements don't work like you'd think they would, requiring a complicated account setup and login process for each person that needs online access to view statements. Their online system is fair, but overly complex for our needs. Hence just 4 stars. Overall, I'll continue to bank there and recommend them to any non-profit organization needing a simple banking solution with third party credit card acceptance.

We have been banking with Valley View for about a year and a half. We have a monthly check that is deposited from our Stock account and were told until our account is well established that $200 would be deposited and the rest held. The checks usually run about 3 to 5 thousand and are still being held. We were under the impression that by now we were an established account. We were also told that if the funds were to be held, that we would be informed when making the deposit. We were told when making this last deposit that the funds would not be held. My question is when will our account be "established"? These checks come from the same place every month. This is not the kind of banking we would like to continue. If we cannot get this matter addressed, we will be taking our business to another bank.
