When I started seeing Somer at Select Physical Therapy I was struggling to walk across the room. I was told by the Orthopedic Surgeon that I would likely need a knee replacement. Somer was so thorough in her evaluation, incorporating hands on massage with exercises. I am SO much better! I returned to the surgeon last week and was told that I no longer need surgery. Somer is a miracle worker!!!!

I had the pleasure of spending the fall, winter, and spring with Somer and Brad haha!. I was in a bicycle accident last summer, and the fear of never recovering fully to be able to do my incredibly physical job and enjoying my “high-impact” hobbies such as roller skating really worried me. They both took the time to make sure PT was never supposed to be painful, but rather rebuild the strength to go back my previous life style. I always enjoyed going to appointments. I was able to not only have fun and joke around, but make great progress! I feel stronger than before my accident. Thank you everyone there! This was the warmest and best experience I had seeing multiple doctors along my recovery process. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

She takes the time to listen, thoroughly assess my needs, and tailor each session to address my specific concerns. I highly recommend Blair to anyone seeking top-notch physical therapy services!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place deserves it! Exceptional care and communication throughout by the entire staff. I worked primarily with Blair to resolve an ankle injury that I sustained while trail running. She was super friendly, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable—especially on the topic of running. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to heal an injury. Easy access with free garage parking too!

I've had a positive recovery experience at Select Physical Therapy - Greenlake and have felt cared for every step of the way. Somer is an incredibly thorough physical therapist and ensures you feel heard. She is encouraging when I feel defeated and makes sure to explore all avenues when it comes to follow through with treatment progression. I've had some bumps along the way not due to PT but rather poor advice concerning aftercare from my surgeon and Somer has been great at checking in with me as well as communicating what may be needed in my recovery. She is a wonderful physical therapist and I can honestly say I look forward to my appointments knowing I'm taken care of.

Select PT is great. The office is very nice, clean, and in a convenient location for parking.  I’ve been dealing with  chronic pain for several years. I’ve been to many doctors, and this is the first time that a treatment actually had an effect.  Somer is amazing. Within the first week, my pain was more than cut in half. She has given me the tools I need to feel more in control of my body. Because of her, I now understand what’s causing my pain, and for the first time, I can see a path beyond it.

I'm surprised to see that Green Lake Select PT is as highly rated as it is. It didn't work out that way for me. When I did my initial intake I almost got up and walked out. That would have been a first for me. In truth I wish I had. Communication was routinely problematic, as it was a one way street, but only with one of them. I communicated clearly from the start, so as to not waste anyone's time, but wasn't met with clear communication in return. That fouled everything up going forward and I didn't appreciate that. One therapist in particular went out of the way to be opaque and obscure in communicating, with a heavy dose of condescension for no reason, and a bizarre hint of self-righteousness to it that was disturbing. It was the worst when we were the only two there, so I decided that would be my last time gracing their threshold. I left before I was discharged. Even considering that a holistic approach is beyond their scope would require thinking outside the box the experience was the antitheses of healing for me. I felt worse off than before I got there.

Select Physical Therapy was the best place ive ever been to!! I went there for a year and I loved working with Somer and she is so knowledgeable and helped me out so much. She cares about her patients and their progress! She helped push me each session without going too far. Everyone there is so kind and helpful and know what they are doing. My experience at Select Physical Therapy over this past year has been fantastic. All of the PT's at this location are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and knowledgable, and I genuinely look forward to going in each week. I've had the pleasure of working primarily with Somer, who is a total rock star! Her expertise, coupled with her genuine and caring approach, has made my post-surgery journey a far smoother and more positive experience. I'm so grateful for the progress I've made under Somer's guidance and I would highly recommend Somer and the Select team to anyone seeking top-notch care and support.

Working with Blair as my physical therapist was an absolute game-changer. Her knowledge and kindness made every session a pleasure. Blair's expertise and tailored approach were evident in every session, ensuring I was fully prepared for my trail running race. I can't recommend her highly enough for her skill, compassion, and exceptional care. Thanks to Blair, I crossed the finish line injury-free.
