Worst doctors office I've ever been to. You call to make an appointment and no one will answer the phone or responds to calls. I went in for an immunization once and they wrongly injected me with something I did not ask for. Also they will cancel your important appointments and you have to wait even longer for the next appointment. Will be switching offices ASAP. Don't recommend.

As a disabled senior citizen, I may need to take pain medication a couple of times a year when I unknowingly cause flare ups......think this one was related to being in a dental chair for two straight hours. I switched to this physician's office at the beginning of the year due to new insurance sadly leaving behind the best physician I have ever had😞 The office has my medical history and prescribed pain meds at my new patient appointment to use when needed. Well, when I recently needed them and called for a refill to get me through the painful days, they refused to refill my meds until I came in for an appointment. I had no problem coming in but would have to wait for the weekend to be over to come in on Monday. I asked if they would prescribe enough medication to use until the appointment and again they refused. This office would prefer to be politically correct, ignoring patient care, when they have no reason to suspect any drug abuse (I actually feel they have insulted my character in refusing to treat me) in my entire life. I didn't create the opioid drama, greedy physician's and pharmaceutical companies did, but now those who can benefit from from pain medication are treated as junkies. Also, never have I actually seen or talked to a physician in this office....can't get beyond the PA. But they were very adept at ordering tests, tests and more tests. While I don't have the money to pay for all the co pays related to testing, the Sentara system is happy when tests are done as money is being made. Have refused some tests that I felt really are not necessary. So, looking for a caring physician's office where the patient is more important than the dollar......it was not found here.

We were patients at this practice (Dr. Law, Dr. Crabtree, Dr. Gonzales) since I was a child. I couldn't get an appointment with Dr. Law soon enough so I had to take an appointment with Dr. Sullivan. She was fine the first time, excellent. Prescribed me what I needed, referred me to a specialist who was also excellent. Some of my problems crept back so I went back to Dr. Sullivan, who grilled me about why I hadn't been taking my meds the way I should have. Well, I had finished my meds and didn't know I had to keep refilling and taking them. I was young at the time and it was my first time taking a "maintenance" drug. When I told her this, she got hyper and had an attitude and I told her she didn't need to speak to me like that. I don't know what was wrong with her that day but she removed me from the only medical practice I had ever known! In hindsight, I feel like she was being defensive. I tried to call back and appeal to Dr. Law, but I couldn't get past her receptionist who said she couldn't do anything to help me.

Amazing place! The doctors and nurses here are extremely friendly. They are here to serve you and will do whatever is possible to keep you healthy and happy.
