The office has really gone down. I have been going here for several years and this is the worst the place has ever been run. The wait is still bad, especially when you wait an hour or more to see the Dr and only 5or10 mins. W/them.

I have been in pain for 3 weeks with a pinched nerve and communication with my doctor has been near impossible. The do NOT use MyChart properly or as intended sadly. Getting in to see a doctor is nearly impossible. Once you are face to face with a doctor; they are pretty good, but make sure you get everything you need from them while you are there. Once you are out of the office you become a number and getting back in touch with followup anything is very poor. It takes days and weeks to get resolutions and they are horribly slow about everything. Most of the staff is friendly enough, but their processes are broken. They need to get their acts together. They can do better... This lack of concern and lack of compassion caused me to seek a second opinion...

Dr. Kanauf is a really good orthopedic doctor. He is thorough and you feel he genuinely cares about helping you to feel better. Although there was a wait, it was definitely worth it!
