Great service and a great company! We recently used Sentinel for our holiday party the limousine bus was clean and comfortable the driver was early and very accommodating. We have started using Sentinel for our employees and customers as well. The cars are always spotless ( Not sure how they do it) even on those snow mornings. Very impressed with their staff. I went out for a special evening with my husband. He surprised me and picked me up at work in a limo from Sentinel Limousine. It was a wonderful night. The driver was very polite and friendly. I would recommend Sentinel Limousine to all my friends if they are looking for a limo. Thank you Sentinel for helping us have a special night, I will never forget.

Professional? For the most part. I booked a limousine for a night out. The Vehicle? Average. The Driver? Very Accommodating. Customer Service when I called? Not so much. Nobody I spoke with when reserving this vehicle was on the same page. I called for a quote with David and then spoke with Jenn to reserve the vehicle. David gave me a quote and was incredibly informative. Jenn, who says she was the office manager, went on and on and on about the quote being too low and that David was mistaken. (The vehicle was booked for a Tuesday night, folks...) Jenn had to go to the owner, although given her holier than thou attitude I don't believe she did, and quoted me something else. After 3 phone calls and much debate I booked the vehicle at a price in the middle. Ok. My driver was on time. Not as professional looking as the other companies I dealt with, and wreaked of cigarette smoke, but was very very good at his job. We enjoyed his service. Then there was a billing issue a month later as I had been charged twice for the trip, and it took their "Accounting Dept" 5 days to even call me back after leaving 3 messages. The only 2 good things about my experience with Sentinel was David, who was incredibly informative, and our Driver who was accommodating. Other than that, would I book with these guys again? If there was no other limousine company available and I was desperate. Otherwise, there are plenty of other good places in RI and I think they're worth more of a look than these guys are.
