My brother, wife, and 3 kids were going to rent here.....they gave the owner $100 deposit and $800 rent. They moved back to Texas from out of state so all they had to go on were part reviews, pictures, and the word of the owner. DO NOT RENT HERE....I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE.....when he got there, it was horrible. There were holes in the floor, walls, and windows. It was ROACH and RAT infested with animal feces smeared on the walls. There were no faucets, shower heads, or even toilets. I would not let a homeless person live here. The City needs to condemn this trailer. Again DO NOT RENT THIS....also he would not even give my brother back all of his money even though he did not move in, he only walked through the trailer and walked right back out the door.
