What a great campground!  We are Thousand Trails members and needed a place to stay near Tyler.  In all our travels we haven't found a more pleasant group of people.  The owners, Ricky & Amanda, are professional, hard working and treat their guests like family.  Our site was spacious and next to a greenbelt.  The camp is conveniently located to Lindale and Tyler and close to restaurants.  We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place!!It's beautiful here... each camp site has its own grill and charcoal and starter are provided.. T heres a covered pavilion with a gas grill, huge showers, emmaculate wash room.. big community area, games, DVD s,  Owners go above and beyond.  They helped my husband level camper. We're going to be here for several months, they were very mindful in putting us in a spot near the playground for our son(my husband only has use of 1 leg) my husband can sit at our site and watch my son at playground. The place has beautiful landscaping, I believe were in heaven!!!   Owners are in process of building exercise room and buying vacant lot next door with dreams of a pond..

If you are a disabled Vet, this place is for you. The current owners have only had this park a short time and are working hard on improvements. They were building a new bathhouse while we were here. The park is a mix of overnight sites and permanent residents. It is clean and well kept up. There is a rec room with a pool table and other games and a continuous pot of coffee. The overnight sites circle around a playground area that also has horseshoe pits. Sites are gravel pull throughs with full hook ups and a picnic table. Ours was plenty long enough for our 37-foot Class A, tow-dolly and leaving the car attached. Park is quiet even though you are right off of the highway. There is a train that runs during the day. WiFi was good as was our Verizon signal. We stayed February 27 - March 1, 2018 and paid $10 a night with their disabled vet discount. They also offer Passport America discounts.

Heading back to Florida we ran out of fresh water in our RV. Stopped at Texas Rose RV park to refill. Rick and Amanda were so kind to help us, they were very nice and accommodating.  The campground is conveniently located right off the expressway.  It is very clean and it has a beautiful playground for the kids right in the middle.  Too bad we passed by it too early on our daily drive, because this park would’ve have been perfect for an overnight stay.

We really enjoyed our time overnight stay. The camp is small but under new management and constantly improving. I have nothing but the greatest respect for their success.
