I been going here for 3 years and the doctors are GREAT! Office staffs are GOOD! It's definitely worth going here! I'm not too crazy about their location but that's how Maryland built it. 😉 P.s. If the phone keeps hanging up on you. Don't think it's the staff doing it. I been there when they kept lose people on their phone lines. Let's just say, whatever company they use for their phones or computers, SUCKS! Their computers would crash down few times. I feel bad for them! 😭 I was there few times, when their phones wouldn't work and the staff would be annoyed by them. This summer, the police had to go in and check up on them because there phone wasn't working. Idk the whole story but it was funny. LoL. I'm sure it wasn't funny for the staff. Just be patience with them with their phone. Don't be rude! Thank you! P.s.s. I noticed living here, mostly these doctor office would put me on hold. I would just hang up and call them back in few minutes or even an hour or so. Who's knows what's going on on their end. It may be just their phone lines. Just do yourself a favor and don't be rude and just give them some time to get back with you. Maybe one day, they will get better at it and fix it. 😉 Good luck!

Good doctor but awful office staff. They will blame you when they don't properly notify you of when the doctor wants you to come in again, and don't return calls. Unfortunately, you have no access to your doctor without going through reception so avoid this place.

Their receptionists are very unprofessional. I was on hold the first time for 20 minutes and the girl never got back to me on a simple question because I called again after the first time and she tried putting me on hold again and hung up on me. So I will definitely be looking for another person to go too.

Dr. Rifino is a doctor who not only listens to what you say, but also listens to what you don't say. She has a remarkable ability to discern what the best next steps are, even when it is not so obvious. I am grateful to not feel like I am "on the clock" and need to hurry with my concerns. She treats patients in a way that she would treat her family. Since I have been in her care, I have always had the best of care from her and her staff. Since there has been a new office manager, the friendliness and efficiency has taken a nosedive! For this reason, if I didn't feel so confident in Dr. Rifino I would change the location of my care.
