We have used Seville 2 on & off since moving here in 2013.  In the last few months, the quality has declined.  We have taken several items back to be redone, and occasionally things come home smelling like cigarettes.  The people are still great, as are the prices, but the quality just isn't what it was.

Brought in suit and black dress shirt. Dropped it off in time to pick it up the day before leaving out of town for a wedding. The black shirt had white starch all over. It literally was speckled half white. They refused to give a refund and could not redue it in time before I had to leave. All they offered was a "future raincheck" which does absolutely no good. I had to wash and iron the shirt quick when I got home. I cannot believe they would have even given me the shirt like that instead of fixing it immediately. Also the suit came fairly wrinkled but that was the least of my worries. Do not bring your clothes here!

Recently, a tall girl has been at the front desk receiving clothes. She seems frustated with life I think. She is kind of rude and does nof like when somebody arrives full of clothes and asking for the service. I just wanted to let you know.
