Have always done a great job for me...

If I could do a 1000 negative stars I would!  I decided to wait until I wasn't so upset to write this review, so here it goes... the guy who works at Catalina Cleaners is RUDE, UNHELPFUL, ARROGANT, just overall and A$$!  The first day I went there I thought maybe he is just having a bad day, then I picked up my clothes and he was just as rude... two more times, and then I decided why in Gods name am I taking my 100$ a week dry cleaning business to a store that is RUDE to me, does a so-so job and is overpriced for crap service and work!  I now drive a mile further to the cleaner in the Safeway parking lot @ twin peaks and turns out, they are almost 1/3 of the price cheaper, GREAT customer service and do a BETTER job!  Before I left Catalina I called to speak to the owner who didn't have the time or inclination to return my call... hmmmm, well it is par for the course! Bye bye Catalina
