I will say service is excellent. Prices are outrageous. Had a cotton shirt washed and they charged me $6.25 to "Soft press". Black silk shirts were $7.50 to dry clean, an up charge for silk. Pure BS, I owned a dry cleaners and it costs no more to clean silk. Done with these rip off artists. All their other charges are high also.

Shirts were taken to be pressed only.  They dry cleaned my wash and wear shirts without my permission and the shirts were more wrinkled than when I took them in! They charged over $18.00 for 3 shirts that were brought in for "Press Only"!  I will be buy an iron and ironing board tomorrow!

I went in on a Wednesday to get my expensive suits dry cleaned.  They decided that it would be best to take my buttons off because they were fancy.  I was told that my suits would be ready on Thursday by 3 pm.  I went in on Friday afternoon ( one day later) and the buttons were still NOT placed onto the suits.  The seamstress went on early the day before and simply FORGOT.  She did not come to work the next day and there was nothing no one could do.  They made me pay full price to get my clothes back.  I was put in a terrible position as I was taking a flight the very next morning and I had to find another cleaners to finish the work that these people started, but did not finish.  I had to pay extra money to get my suits complete so that I could take them on an important business trip.

When I returned from the trip, they did NOTHING to compensate me.  They put me through the ringer and made me return to their store three times before I could talk to the owner.  At that point nothing was resolved.  I left more upset than when I came.  So they definitely do not believe in customer satisfaction.

If you really need something done within a dead line...this is NOT the place to go.
