The burgers and really good. I gobbled mine down and wanted more. Customer service could use some help. Everyone (that I encountered) there acts annoyed with you except for one gentleman. His name is Michael, and he will be 61 soon (saying that in case he reads this. I want him to know I'm talking about him). He was amazing. I was erroneously charged for an extra hamburger. My mom was going to order chicken, and I showed her the extra hamburger on my receipt so she said she would just eat that. Michael overheard this and instead of taking the easy route and letting her just eat mine, he insisted that she get the chicken because it's awesome. Then he immediately took my receipt and fixed it with no complaint or problem. Not only that, but he took the time with us to explain how their lemonade is made, as well as talk to us about their hamburger. He's the reason I gave this spot a 4. Y'all need to hire more like Michael!

I have been here twice in the past week. The burgers are always perfectly cooked and taste amazing. The fries are crispy and are good plain or with the cheese. I also love the milkshakes! I've had friendly service both times I've been there.

The burgers are amazing. There so good it's gone before you know. Really good strawberry shakes and concretes... menu you items can be a bit pricey but worth it..

Busy at lunch especially on nice days. Dave is the best cashier ever. Super efficient but actually talks to you and has an infectious smile. Team members are polite and service is good. Burgers are delicious. Not a lot of room to sit inside, shack isn't a misnomer.

It is so good! A little unhealthy, but so worth it! Cheesy fries are a must get, and so is the chocolate shake!
