We have gone to several Cheesecake Factory just because we like the food. However, this was our first time going to Tyson's Cheesecake Factory. Service was very slow and the waiter was apologetic about it because of the large crowd which was quite understandable. But we've never eaten such bad food!  Salad had brown rancid tasting avocados, burgers were undercooked and the drink was pretty bad too. We were there to celebrate a birthday so we were not in a mood to complain. But one thing is for sure, we are NOT going go back! Wish I had seen some of these reviews before spending $150!

This review is for the brunch. They have a nice selection of food, and the quality of the food is good too. Their bruléed french toast is one of the most delicious french toast styles I've had. Portions for items are also nice, so you get a lot of bang for your buck. Also, complimentary bread!!!

Food was good and came quick, however the rest of service was really slow. Staff was friendly. Ordered drinks and food off the happy hour menu and a slice of the celebration cheesecake which was all good.

Went for lunch today the Cheesecake Factory. We lucked out and got a booth not in the best location but we got a booth. I ordered the Renee special with the cream of chicken soup and Caesar salad also comes with a chicken salad sandwich. The brioche bread was burned and they put way too much butter and mayonnaise on the sandwich. My husband ordered one of their great burgers he was very pleased. The only thing we were really disappointed in was the fact that it seems a bit run down the actual restaurant. Our tabletop was so rough feeling in so many areas and if you really looked around the floors didn't look as clean as it could have been and the staff look tired and their black pants and black tops look faded, definitely time for a good spring cleaning for this restaurant..

By far the worst Cheesecake Factory experience. My family and I are stationed at WalterReed Naval Base.  so we took the trip to Tysons Corner and spent the evening shopping, after I decided CF would be a nice treat to end the night. However, upon being seated we waited longer than usual for drinks. Never received any complimentary bread. The appetizers and soup took just as long and were barely even warm along with our main dishes when we finally received them. Ive received better service on busy nights at CF. very unsatisfactory!
