Pretty good. I definitely liked the burger, but wouldn't say it's my favorite all time. Good shake. Busy place so hard to get a table. Downstairs seating as well. Fairly quick line and order. I'd look forward to going back sometime.

Yes, shake shack is an amazing chain for burgers but for some reason they haven’t strategically thought out how to do take out or delivery orders efficiently. There is no reason why a take-out order should be so loosely packaged. the heat is not retained and by the time you even walk a block your burger has fallen apart in the bottom of the bag. check out the pic - this is how they serve it to you at the store. just in case any of you are ever thinking of ordering off of their app in the future. My food was cold, messy, and pretty much inedible by the time I got home.

Helpful staff and great shakes and fries. I think their fries are the best that I have had in a long time. Their beef patties are thin. I wouldn't necessarily come here for the burgers (they are good), but their fries and shakes are really good. This location is surprisingly not as overly busy as many Shake Shacks that you find. It is hard to find this place because it is inside a little covered area behind a building. Shake Shacks are order-at-the-counter places. They page you when your food is ready with a pager that they give you when you order.

New York’s best burger! Get the double shack burger with cheese fries. Milkshakes are also amazing here. Don’t be intimidated by the line, it moves quickly.

Love the entire set up. Ling lines but they move fast. Food is not and delicious ..Didnt give 5 stars only because there is always room for improvement
