I was impressed by their downtown location and thought this would be a similar experience. I have never been so wrong! Just look at this sad miserable lunch bowl! Literally, the teenagers working the counter just FLUNG (literally) the food into the box. See the drips in the photo? I know this is not a full scale location (more of a food stall really), but the service was beyond abysmal and so was the portion and presentation. No eye contact, snotty attitude, eye rolling and snickering when you ask questions about the different add ins. The kicker was there was no one else in line to serve! Really, are we in high school? Do these people understand they're being paid to do a "good" job? Took every ounce of self control for me not to fling the bowl right back at them.

This location is never fully stocked in the evening (btw 6 and 8pm). The salad is always wilted, they run out of rice, and they dont have all of their advertisted sides. Also, they've run out of tabouli and sriracha. Not worth the time.

The food is healthy but it's not packed with flavours like you'd expect in Mediterranean food.

Not easy to make an underground eatery fun and vibrant so kudos to Semsom! Great food, really nice staff, and a fresh and easy solution for a health conscious person
