What you hope a storage facility and staff will be. Really. I've used Shaler Self Storage several times before and always get professional and helpful service. They have many options and will help determine how best to store. Wouldn't store anywhere else.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The storage units are clean and have very easy access. The location is perfect, just off of rt. 8 and minutes from rt. 279. I would highly recommend this business for anyone looking to store their items.

Helpful and friendly management. Reasonable  prices and lots of improvements! I've stored here for years, the old owners did not take care of the fecility at all, the new owners have basically given it a face lift. I'd recommend it

This was a very bad experience in a short period of time.  We were there 2 months from November to January and had a small inside unit that had water issues and infestation of mice.  The office was accommodating at helping fix the water but not surprised by the mice as they already have extermination in the other buildings.  I was advised that "it happens since they are in a field and that pests are attracted to food'.  I do not see how outdoor equipment, collectables and bikes constitutes as food.  I liked the location of this storage facility and even felt comfortable with the friendly staff.  I just wished our experience could've been handled better with less blame that food was the reasoning of mice.

The staff here is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. The storage buildings are clean, although a little dimly lit. Overall, this is a quality storage resource.
