These guys didn't have my box order but took care of me on the spot. We also noticed that there was no locking mechanism for the hatch during the inspection so one was provided to me on site. I also asked to use the bathroom and for some water which was also given to me with a smile on the reps face with no charge. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST! Keep it up ya'll!
