Incredible service, and an incredible selection. We were in and out in under 45 minutes, and had found the ring of my dreams. We went in knowing nothing, not even the style of ring I wanted, but the lady was incredibly helpful and not at all pushy. When I said I liked something, she found all the similar rings, and when I picked my favorite, she asked me to confirm whether it was "the one" and that I loved it before we bought anything.  There was zero pressure to even buy something that day, and no pressure to come back later either. When my fiance went with her to arrange payments and such, I enjoyed free drinks in the lobby. 10/10 will return.
Edit: wen went back a few months later for the fiance's ring and they were just as helpful as before. They took my own ring and cleaned it while we looked at rings for my fiance.

I love Shane Co! My wedding ring came from here about 4 years ago. We recently bought a simple wedding band here the other night. He staff is very kind and helpful. From what I understand, they don't just work on commission, so they aren't pushy at all. The store itself is very nice and clean on the inside. My favorite thing about this place is that you get free insurance on your ring for life as long as you bring it in every six months to get it clean and inspected (also free).

These guys were amazing!!! They were so helpful when my (now) husband and I were shopping for my wedding ring. Everywhere else was so pushy, overpriced, and didn't seem to listen to what I wanted. But Shane Co! They were so kind. She listened to what I wanted and did her best to find me something that matched. When she couldn't, she helped us find a ring that could be custom altered to be what I wanted! 
She then let us pick out the diamonds that would be put in, telling us prices, and letting us choose between many different qualities! Ended up getting my beautiful CUSTOM ring for $1700 which was perfect for our budget. 
Two years later when one of the small diamonds fell out, they replaced it for FREE even though it had been almost a year since our last cleaning.

There is no better place to buy jewelry in Salt Lake. Their selection is wonderful and you can't get a better guarantee anywhere.  I've never had a rude salesperson and the store is very nice and comfortable.  Once you shop there, you will NEVER buy jewelry anywhere else. I recommend Shane Co. to all my friends.

Had a great experience here! I am new to Salt Lake City and this was the first time I have ever been in a jewelry store and felt like the staff was there to help me,  not pressure me into buying something! Allison did a fantastic job helping me pick out the perfect engagement ring and diamond.  She made several trips to the back room to search for exactly what I was describing to her.  The customer service people were also very pleasant and professional.  On my way out of the store, at least 3 other employees who were not involved in my purchase thanked me and wished me a nice day.
