The thing I like most about Morgan Jewelers is their upgrade policy. I bought an engagement ring several years ago for about $2,200 and the marriage never happened. I held onto that ring hoping that someday I would exchange it using their upgrade program to get a bigger and better ring for my future wife. It was a better plan than trying to sell a used ring online or selling it to a pawn shop for pennies on the dollar. I was able to put the full price of that old ring toward the cost of a stunning new ring for my soon-to-be wife :)

Sheri helped me at Morgan's today. She is very knowledgeable about jewelry. She could even look at my finger and KNOW my ring size! I had a great experience choosing a ring with my birthstone and recommend you ask for Sheri to help you when you are in the market for that special something.

They fixed the setting for my diamond ring. It was simply beautiful and it was ready when they said it would be. The personnel were very gracious and helpful. 5 stars all the way.

I came in today to get a new chain for a cute necklace my husband bought me from here when we were dating. (I may or may not have vacuumed the original chain up ooops).  I was greeted immediately.   Even though it was apparent early on that I wouldn’t be spending a lot of money I was treated very well.    They even had soft chocolate chip cookies available.  I was a happy customer today!

I lost a diamond in my ring so I took it in believing that the warranty would cover it, as I had another diamond replaced previously and the warranty covered that. They couldn’t find my purchase information and the burden of proof was left to me. I no longer have any documentation so I had to pay $300 to get the diamond replaced, and it took over 6 weeks to get it fixed. I will not be going back to Morgan for any jewelry in the future.  The sales guy was nice and did his best to keep me informed hence why I gave a 2 instead of a 1.
