So through my experience the customer service is pretty bad. The ladies you get on the phone are just down right not friendly, but I'm giving this review a five star because Josh (British accent), has done us an awesome job! He has excellent customer service! He's single handedly redeemed our experience. He needs promoted!

I will never buy from here again. The jewelery was decent and affordable but their financing through comenity bank is terrible. We accrued late charges the day our payment was due for months. We paid off the credit card as fast as we could and now are accruing a balance after we paid it off. If you are going to buy from here I would suggest not using their credit cards.

I entered the store for the first time last Saturday with my wife. We were just waiting for our dinner reservations near by the mall. We were greeted by the salesman named Kacy. He was very attentive, and even offered to clean my wife's ring. After cleaning her ring, Kacy informed us of a trade up program Schubach offers, and INTEREST FREE financing options as well! My wife then asked to try on a few rings and I believe she found the one she loves, and just can't stop talking about it. Kacy was very knowledgeable and very easy to talk with without being pushy like most salesmen. I WILL absolutely be making another visit to Schubach Jewelers to purchase my wife the ring this year for Christmas, and I would suggest to all to ask for Kacy because he will help you find the perfect one!

I bought my wife's engagement ring here and we loved our first experience with them so much that we went there to upgrade her ring to something bigger and better. I must say that after going to all the local jewelry stores in the surrounding area (Zales, Morgan, Kay and Shane co) I found that Schubach is by far the best way to go and as far as selection, price and customer experience goes. I say experience instead of service because buying an engagement ring (or upgrading a wedding ring) is more than just choosing something you like in the midst of a few fake smiles and pretty lights. At Schubach, we actually met the person who helped us before going into business. Kacy Mirzaakbari was the guy who helped us and he was absolutely fantastic. He found exactly what my wife wanted and showed us how even normal people can have a ring that normally the millionaires would wear. He knew how to find what her heart was looking for and what my pocket could support. The whole buying process was way better than I have ever experienced anywhere else and I have been to jewelry stores all around Utah and even Europe. I would strongly recommend that you come here to make your final decision before spending your hard earned money. And in the case that Schubach wasn't the first place you went, go there to see what real ring buying is like for real people. Kacy or any of the associates there can help you. I have worked with three of them in the past and have never been disappointed.

My girlfriend (now wife) and I came ring shopping here in the fall of 2013. We were looking for engagement rings. Bonnie was the sales associate who helped us. She was very knowledgeable, and very kind and fun to talk to, but she kept showing us things that were way above our price range. She really started to push for us to buying on particular ring, which was beautiful, but over $2,000 my budget, and it was one that my girlfriend didn't even really like that much. We were getting ready to leave when Bonnie called over her co worker to help us realize how much we needed that ring.. They even told us that the no interest financing was the good kind of debt to get in. Really? There is no such thing as the good kind of debt. We left the store and went across the parking lot to Morgan Jewelers where had fantastic experience and bought my wife's ring. I have relatives who shopped here and they loved their experience with Bonnie and Schubach Jewelers, but when I went I was not impressed.
