J Brooks is the best! I thought to write this because I heard a competitor ad and I thought I need to throw a shout out to J. Brooks because they treated me like gold.  I have been married 6 years.  I had never bought jewelry before so to buy a wedding ring was scary.  John and his staff were the best! We worked mainly with his daughter! She was great too.  They made the process easy.  They treated us a young couple just as well as their high end clients.  If you're looking for Jewelry this is the place to go.  How many places can you go and the owner is so involved in helping customers!? No where but J.Brooks.  The ring we got is awesome.  My wife still gets compliments all the time! Thank you J. Brooks Jewelers!

John took care of me the second I walked through the door. My fiance and I custom designed a ring. The running came back stunning and she was absolutely thrilled. John does a great job communicating through the whole process and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He even helped me save money on a diamond. I'd definitely recommend J. Brooks to anyone I know.

J Brooks Jewelers is an incredible company. Jamie with J Brooks helped me create the perfect engagement ring. My Fiancé saw a ring design that she loved but would need to be custom made. I had been searching for a jeweler who would be able to recreate this ring, but none could saying the design was too complicated. J Brooks was not only able to recreate the ring but had sourced a beautiful main diamond and matching smaller diamonds so that every stone in the ring sparkled perfectly white! With this being a custom ring the process took a few weeks, but Jamie kept me updated through out the entire process and the time flew by. When the ring arrived it was perfect in every way. I was proposing in Paris and was worried about traveling with the ring, but J Brooks warranties all of their work and helped me secure insurance for theft or loss. J Brooks and their staff are simply amazing and have earned a customer for life. Thank you Jamie and J Brooks for all your help!

We had the best experience picking out and designing my engagement ring at J Brooks. Jamie was incredibly helpful and attentive. After much searching and deciding to do a custom ring, Jamie and John were working behind the scenes to create exactly what I had drawn and explained to them. We got regular text updates from Jamie, keeping us in the loop and nailing down details until the ring was perfect. I’m fairly picky and had to change details of our custom ring several times and we never experienced any frustration from the employees here. They really wanted to make something that we loved and thought was perfect. They also made finding my fiance’s ring an easy process and were willing to order and reorder different widths and sizes until he found what he liked! On top of it all, the atmosphere is really nice there. I never felt bombarded or stressed. We were always greeted with water bottles and chocolates. I would definitely recommend J Brooks to anyone!

J Brooks was such an amazing experience. Working with Brock, Trudy and the owner was extremely positive. They gave me an amazing deal and helped me choose the diamond ring I gave my beautiful Fiancee. They are truly sincere and I am grateful for the experience. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
